Naturbly respects the privacy of everyone whose personal data is processed by Naturbly, including visitors to the webshop www.naturbly.com. Naturbly considers the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance and will process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Legal Bases for Processing

Naturbly processes personal data on the basis of the following four legal bases:

1. Execution of an Agreement

This applies when you place an order with Naturbly for the delivery of products. Naturbly processes your data to register and manage your account, enable login functionality, and execute your subscription. Your data may be shared with third parties, such as a transport company, supplier, or payment provider, insofar as necessary to complete the transaction.

2. Legitimate Interests

This includes, among others:

• Storing your data via Naturbly’s hosting provider for webshop functionality.
• Sharing data with an accounting firm for administrative purposes.
• Using accounting, CRM, and cloud storage software for internal processes.
• Sending newsletters relevant to your previous orders, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

Naturbly processes personal data under this basis only if and to the extent necessary to serve the legitimate interest in question.

Only authorised Naturbly employees have access to personal data, limited to what is necessary to perform their tasks. All staff and third parties under Naturbly’s responsibility are bound by confidentiality obligations. When Naturbly engages third parties, a processing agreement ensures equivalent data protection.

Your Rights

To verify your identity, Naturbly may ask for a copy of your ID with the MRZ, document number, and BSN blacked out. Naturbly will respond within four weeks.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect prior lawful processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Storage and Security

Naturbly stores personal data only as long as necessary for processing purposes. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect data, such as encryption, antivirus software, secure access control, and protected storage systems.
