Your satisfaction is our priority. Not fully satisfied? Please contact us at
support@naturbly.com.
Returns are possible up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund.
Received the wrong item or a damaged product? Email us within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the product and we will resolve it quickly.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount for the returned item (excluding shipping costs).
Return Policy & Guidelines
- If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo or video as proof.
- We recommend sending your return with a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (both opened and unopened returns are allowed).
- Please package products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.
When we unfortunately cannot process a return
- If the return request is submitted later than 30 days after delivery.
- If a return shipment is lost or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fast delivery, we start processing your order immediately after it is placed.
Once processing has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.

When will my order arrive?
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This email includes a Track & Trace link so you can easily follow your parcel.
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands and we offset the CO₂ emissions of our shipments.
Order before 20:00? Then your order is generally delivered within 1–3 days.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can request an investigation with the carrier up to 2 weeks after the original delivery date.

- Sustainable packing materials
- Delivery via DHL and other carriers
What should you receive?
When your order arrives, you can expect:
- A 100% cardboard package
- A parcel that is properly sealed, dry, and neat
- The correct products according to your order
Did your package arrive in poor condition?
That’s of course not the intention. To help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to:
- Record a video while opening the package (make sure the condition of the box and the contents are clearly visible).
- Email the video together with a short explanation of the issue to support@naturbly.com.
- Do this within 1 to 4 days after receiving your package.
