Return & Refund Policy
At Naturbly, you have more security than just the legal requirements:
- Under European and Dutch law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase up to 14 days after the order has been received by or on behalf of you.
- In addition, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Below you can read what both schemes entail and how you can make use of them.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Naturbly voluntarily offers you an additional 30-day guarantee. It works as follows:
- You can only invoke this guarantee once per type of product (e.g. laundry strips) and only on first delivery. The guarantee therefore no longer applies to repeat purchases.
- You can test the product. If you are not satisfied, you can return the unused part of the delivery. If the product is completely used up, you cannot invoke the guarantee.
- You must notify us by email (support@naturbly.com) that you wish to make use of the guarantee, stating your name and order number.
- The unused part must be returned to Naturbly within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you send it back too late, Naturbly can refuse the return.
- The costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
- You must return the unused part undamaged, with any accessories, and in the original condition and packaging.
- For the return shipment, use the return address indicated by Naturbly with the shipment.
- If you have already paid, you will receive the purchase price of the product as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after we have received the return.
Legal Right of Withdrawal
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. For example, wax strips: these can only be returned if the original seal has not been opened or broken. Once the seal of a package has been opened, the statutory right of withdrawal for the entire contents expires.
For other products, it can also be indicated in the webshop that the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. This is only possible if this is permitted by law.
Returns
Does the statutory right of withdrawal apply to your purchase? Then you can cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered to you. If you have placed several products in your shopping basket in our webshop, you can also partially cancel the order, provided, of course, that the statutory right of withdrawal also applies to the products concerned.
You can cancel your order by completing the model cancellation form provided by us and sending it to us, or by notifying us by email at support@naturbly.com, stating your name, the order number and an indication of the products you wish to return. We will then confirm the cancellation to you by email as soon as possible.
As long as the products to be returned are in your possession, you may only handle and inspect them to assess the nature and characteristics of the products. The basic principle here is that the products may only be handled and inspected as they would be in a physical shop. If the products are returned to us in a lesser condition, we are entitled to charge you for the depreciation.
The costs of returning the goods are at your expense. For the return shipment, use the return address indicated by Naturbly with the shipment or on the model withdrawal form.
You must return the products to us undamaged, with any accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. You can include a copy of the completed model withdrawal form in the package. If you do not use it, please add a note with at least your name, the order number and an indication of the products you are being returned.
You are responsible for the return shipment. Return of the products is at your own expense and risk. You choose the method of return and decide whether you send the package by registered and/or insured mail. You can find out about the possibilities from the delivery service. Because the risk of return is yours, we always advise you to return the package by registered and insured mail.
Refund
We will refund the amount you paid for the returned products, minus any depreciation, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation, provided that the products have been received back by us, or you have shown that the products have actually been returned. If you only cancel part of the order, any delivery costs paid by you in the first instance will not be refunded. Refunds will be made using the same payment method with which you paid for the order. Any costs associated with the use of a particular payment method will not be refunded.
Exchange
If you want a replacement product, you must place a new order for it.
