Shipping Policy
At Naturbly, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and sustainably as possible. Below you’ll find all information regarding delivery times, costs, and order tracking.
Shipping Area
Naturbly currently ships to all countries within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us first at support@naturbly.com.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- 🇧🇪 Belgium: 2–3 working days
- 🇩🇪 Germany: 2–4 working days
- 🇫🇷 France and other EU countries: 3–6 working days
Please note: delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or due to external shipping delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for orders over €30 (EU countries only).
- Orders below €30: standard shipping fee of €3.95.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow the delivery.
Missed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver your package, they will make a second attempt or drop it off at a nearby pickup point. You will be notified by email or text message.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@naturbly.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make sure to solve it quickly.
